Context
The work concerned Wabtec manufacturing test and burn-in data associated with railway braking-system engineering. Engineering and quality users needed a more structured way to import, validate, analyze, compare, and report technical evidence.
The Challenge
The practical difficulty was fragmented data. CSV and Excel files, manual analysis, inconsistent reporting, limited traceability, and slow anomaly investigation made it harder for teams to understand test behavior and quality trends from one reliable workflow.
What Was Done
Data ingestion
Implemented workflows for importing CSV and Excel data and preparing it for validation, processing, dashboarding, and reporting.
Validation and processing
Structured the data pipeline so engineering evidence could be checked, transformed, and reused consistently across analysis views.
SPC and quality monitoring
Built support for statistical process control, quality dashboards, trend analysis, and repeatable investigation of anomalous behavior.
Reporting and access control
Developed reporting, authentication, session management, administrative approval, and role-based access around practical engineering workflows.
Desktop and mobile delivery
Supported web delivery, desktop distribution, Flutter mobile access, and UX/UI design so different users could reach the same technical data appropriately.
Contribution
Artava's founder designed the product UX/UI and engineering workflows, developed backend services and the data-processing pipeline, built web dashboards and investigation tools, implemented authentication, authorization, reporting, and administration, and created desktop and Flutter mobile versions of the platform.

- Consolidated manufacturing test data into a structured engineering workflow.
